Supporters from across the country gathered this past week to demonstrate support for Wisconsin unions' demands to stop a bill in the legislature which would end collective bargaining by most governmental employee unions.

Highlights:
» On Feb 26, enough protesters to fill most of Dupont Circle in Washington, DC to packed-crowd, standing room only descended on the circle for a rally to condemn Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker for trying to abolish public employee unions. Read More>>
» About 800 people showed up in Salem, OR [...] The event finished with the entire gathering reading in unison a passage sculpted in stone on the north wall of the State Capital. The text reads: " A free state is formed and maintained by the voluntary union of the whole people, joined together under the same body of laws, for the common welfare and the sharing of benefits justly apportioned."
